The second annual Cop on Top, a Law Enforcement Torch Run event for Special Olympics Minnesota, ran Friday, June 6 through Sunday, June 8, 2008. Law enforcement personnel sat on the roofs of all 30 metro-area Rainbow Foods stores to support Special Olympics Minnesota! |
