From the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport
Upon exiting the airport, take MN-Highway 5 west to I-494 west. Continue on I-494 to I-35W south and proceed to the downtown Minneapolis exits. Take the 5th Avenue South exit. Stay on 5th Avenue South to Washington Avenue South. Turn left onto Washington, continue to 2nd Avenue South and turn right. Proceed one block, turn left onto 2nd Street South and left again into the guest parking lot. The building’s main entrance is located on the opposite side of the building, facing Washington Avenue.

From the East (St. Paul and the eastern suburbs ...)
Take I-94 west to the 5th Street South exit. Stay on 5th Street to Marquette Avenue South. Turn right onto Marquette and proceed four blocks to 2nd Street South. Turn right onto 2nd Street and, at the end of the block, right again into the 100 Washington Square guest parking lot. The building’s main entrance is located on the opposite side of the building, facing Washington Avenue.

From the West (Golden Valley, St. Louis Park and the western suburbs ...)
Take I-394 east to the 4th Street South exit. Stay on 4th Street to Marquette Avenue South. Turn left onto Marquette and proceed three blocks to 2nd Street South. Turn right onto 2nd Street and, at the end of the block, right again into the 100 Washington Square guest parking lot. The building’s main entrance is located on the opposite side of the building, facing Washington Avenue.

From the Northwest (Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Fridley, Maple Grove ...)
Take I-94 east to the 4th Street/7th Street/MN Hwy 55 exit (this is all one exit). Stay on 4th Street to Marquette Avenue South. Turn left onto Marquette and proceed three blocks to 2nd Street South.  Turn right onto 2nd Street and, at the end of the block, right again into the 100 Washington Square guest parking lot. The building’s main entrance is located on the opposite side of the building, facing Washington Avenue.

From the Northeast (Roseville, New Brighton, Blaine ...)
Take I-35W south to the Washington Avenue South exit. Turn right onto Washington, continue to 2nd Avenue South and turn right. Proceed one block, turn left onto 2nd Street South and left again into the guest parking lot. The building’s main entrance is located on the opposite side of the building, facing Washington Avenue.

From the South (Bloomington, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Eagan ...)
Take I-35W north to the Washington Avenue South exit. Turn right onto Washington, continue to 2nd Avenue South and turn right. Proceed one block, turn left onto 2nd Street South and left again into the guest parking lot. The building’s main entrance is located on the opposite side of the building, facing Washington Avenue.

Parking
The guest parking lot located adjacent to 100 Washington Square charges $3.00 for the first half-hour up to a maximum of $20 for six or more hours. An attendant is on-duty until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. The lot is closed Saturdays and Sundays. There is also metered parking along 1st Street South (in front of the Post Office) and 2nd Avenue South. Meters at these locations are enforced until 6 p.m.
